Product Description The original sideboard is a superlative example of New York craftsmanship between 1795 and 1805. This masterpiece resides in the du Pont Dining Room of the Winterthur Museum where Mr. du Pont entertained and dined. As complex as the exterior, the interior features two sectioned drawers for storing bottles. All of the larger cupboards and drawers lock for safekeeping. The contrasting woods and complex inlay are exemplary of exquisite 19th century design and cabinetry.
