Product Description The Kiwari Dining Table by Laura Kirar is a graphic pedestal form accentuated by a 60 inch round limestone top. Kiwari is a Japanese word that describes the first step in calculating wood-block sizes before the initial cut, and references the strongly and precisely carved form of the tables pedestal base. To this end, careful consideration is taken before cutting the many facets of this base, which utilizes carved wood mixed with straight edges, sandblasting techniques and dramatic proportion to create its drama.
